In addition to designer Tim Kernan, Outbound Yachts worked with an experienced design team to refine the interior of the 5360. Kit Carlier Design contributed to the development of the interior as well as brought the vision of the 5360 to life by creating all interior renderings.
Interior Design TeamThe Outbound yachts team has vast combined knowledge of design, system installation, and yacht construction. This coupled with hundreds of thousands of offshore sailing miles gives us the background to create the best cruising yachts available. However, to truly refine the 5360, an interior design team that was capable of design and engineering was retained. Kit Carlier Design has designed some of the most stunning interior and exterior features on a multitude of custom yachts.
The importance of working with a design team that could collaborate with the Outbound team and designer, Tim Kernan, was paramount to the success of the 5360. Kit and his team poured over every space and aspect of the 5360. They created an interior that screams luxury but never sacrifices safety or the sailing qualities of the boat. Each cabin, the galley, air conditioning run, and even the helm pedestals were reimagined by Kit and his team. Every early image and rendering of the interior as well as renderings of some exterior components were created by Kit Carlier Design. It is not an exaggeration to say that the 5360 will be one of the very best cruising yachts for a generation and much of that is thanks to the Kit and his team creating a superyacht feel in a 53 foot cruising yacht.
The 5360 was designed with the idea of long term cruising in mind and both the salon and galley are testaments to this idea. The open layout is inclusive and unobstructed views can be enjoyed from every position.
